This is a simple video tutorial on how to adjust the clutch cable on a Harley-Davidson. Before making any adjustments, always first consult your Owners Manual.
NOTES:
The distance between your clutch lever housing and cable end should be 1/16 to 1/8 inch.
Turn the cable-adjuster counter-clockwise to add free play. Turn clockwise to remove free play.
Monthly: inspect your clutch cable for abrasion, cracks or binding. Lubricate as necessary.
