Description:

Here are details how to create a Google Calendar Share HTML link on your website for visitors who want to view your Google calendar(s).

Displaying the link on your website you can use either a text link, or Google Calendar image. For SEO purposes I recommend text links over images.

A separate link must be created for each Calendar you want to share. For example, if in your Google Calendar you have three calendars (eg., Promotions, Employee Schedule, and Employee Birthdays), you'll need to create three separate links.

Google Calendar Share links can also be sent to others via email to share with your family, friends, or coworkers.

Follow the steps below to create a Share link for each Google Calendar you want to share.

Requirements:

  • Your Google Calendar must be PUBLIC

Share Link

Instructions

  • On the left side of the Google Calendar page, hover your mouse over the calendar you want to share.
  • Click on the Options.

That's it. You're done. Test it out.
